A private yoga session provides you with an opportunity to get one on one guidance and attention to deepen your understanding and execution of the practice. Privates will be designed specifically for you, and reflect where your body is in the present moment. These intimate sessions can be treated therapeutically, with attention of your specific requests, or as an opportunity to deepen your knowledge, and understanding the connection to your body, breath and mind.
