SUP YOGA 'Yoga on the water' in Beautiful Terrace, BC
Let's introduce you to the joys of SUP YOGA in a fun atmosphere while discovering the beautiful sites on Lakelse Lake here in Terrace, BC.
SUPYOGAis a combination of Stand up Paddling and Yoga. This class will offer students wanting to play and move on the water through their yoga practice the opportunity to experiment and learn safe ways to build amazing core stability in this wonderful way to practice yoga. The peacefulness of floating on the water combined with the meditative nature, will provide the SUP Yogi with the skills and knowledge of the moving mat. *YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN SUP BOARD, AND HAVE SUP EXPERIENCE. *YOGA BASICS IS A PLUS.

WHAT YOU NEED *SUP board- ideally 10' long & 32" wide (If you do not own a board you can rent from RUINS board shop) www.ruins.ca *SUP Board paddle *Something to anchor your board with *Towel *Life vest *Change of clothes *Dress accordingly to weather (Stretchy clothes, quick dry, bathing suit, wind breaker, hoody)
Maximum group size is 10 people. To secure your spot please email me, you can make payment through EMT, cash or check. These classes are weather permitting.
